This modern 10,200 sq. ft. emergency and specialty hospital is thoughtfully designed with advanced medical, surgical, and diagnostic capabilities to support exceptional patient care and team collaboration. We are seeking skilled, compassionate Emergency Veterinarians to help build and shape our growing 24/7 ER service, with the support of a highly collaborative, multi-site network. At our Midlothian location, we currently offer Urgent Care and Internal Medicine services and are actively expanding into a fully developed Emergency department. This growth is being driven by the voices and expertise of our team, creating a unique opportunity to influence protocols, culture, and clinical standards. You will collaborate closely with our Short Pump and Fredericksburg teams, ensuring seamless case transfers, strong mentorship, and shared specialty support. Our network is rooted in training, teaching, and collaboration, offering a level of support and case exposure that enhances both patient outcomes and professional growth . What We Offer Competitive ProSal compensation with $150k-$175k/24-25% production (no negative accrual) Flexible scheduling: Full-time (12 shifts/month) or Part-time (6-8 shifts/month) Collaborative cross-location scheduling designed to provide variety across our two hospital campuses 12 days PTO Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401k with matching Paid licensure, professional dues, and malpractice insurance Personal pet discounts Growth opportunities, including support within the Ethos ER ABVP program
