Job Description
While the care of animals is important, we also recognize that we can't do that if we don't care for our people too. So, we've built a practice based on the following values:
Being kind to ourselves and others.
Respect for medicine and relationships.
Being honest and open in our dealings with those around us.
Having attention to detail because sometimes it's this that unlocks a case or makes a client or teammate's day.
Doing what we say we'll do because acting with integrity is never the wrong move.
Honoring our teammates because we know that without a shared bond of trust, our jobs get ten times harder.
Making the conscious choice to show up each day and make the practice a positive and energizing place to be.
Having fun.
Cake - if you cook then basically, the job is yours. (OK, that's not quite true, but it would definitely be a tick in the plus column.)Your mental health and professional development are also extremely important, so you can expect us to cater to these things in the form of support and generous CE budget.
