At Hanging Rock, every appointment is intentionally scheduled for 30 minutes. That extra time allows our doctors to educate clients, collaborate on cases, and practice medicine thoughtfully instead of constantly racing the clock.Transparent Compensation Without Production Pressure:
We believe doctors should understand how they're performing without worrying about every paycheck changing based on monthly production. Associates enjoy a four-day workweek, no emergency or after-hours responsibilities, and the support of a well-staffed hospital that has been preparing for another veterinarian to join the team.
