A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description

We are a privately owned company looking to add an associate veterinarian to our Bellevue Location. You can choose to work in just one office, or at multiple locations with opportunity to share experiences and learn from a group of 20 other DVMs. Our aim is to excel in patient care, client service, and to provide a comfortable and fun work environment while maintaining work/ life balance. Our environment includes the usual high-tech necessities (Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Laser Surgery, Laparoscopy, Cold Laser, Dentistry, Endodontics, Digital Imaging) and offers weekly visits from mobile specialists (Ultrasound, Cardiology). Support staff is highly leveraged and we have a commitment to the personal and professional growth of our team members. We foster opportunities for professional development of interest, and encourage long-term employment . The position offers an excellent compensation and benefits package (worth $25-30K). Full time benefits are offered at 12 days per 4-week rotation and include medical, 3 weeks paid time off plus paid holidays, CE allowance and paid CE days, life insurance, generous pet care, employee assistance program, and a retirement plan with company match. Compensation is based on production and the number of shifts worked; however, a base salary will be offered for the first year. Established FT associates are earning $140,000- $180,000.
