A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description

We're celebrating 25 years in Appleton, Wisconsin Fox River Animal Hospital is a privately owned, relationship-focused practice offering compassionate mentorship tailored to your experience level. Our extremely low staff turn-over has allowed us to create a true family-oriented team culture where everyone is valued. Skilled, experienced Certified Veterinary Technicians and assistants handle non-DVM responsibilities efficiently, allowing you to focus on patient care. Our practice is paperless and we have an in-house lab, digital radiographs etc. Is there something we don't have that you're interested in? Let's talk, we are excited to grow and learn new things!
Work-Life Balance Matters:
No weekends, evenings or holidays. We leave on time and we enjoy our lunches! We are fortunate to have local emergency and urgent care clinics to manage after-hours patient needs. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
