Our 5-day Surgical Mentorship Program provides individualized learning in a small-group setting, where participants typically perform 20-40 surgeries under the guidance of experienced mentors. You'll also attend a 2-day Dental Wet Lab , led by one of our board-certified dental specialists, to build confidence in foundational dentistry skills before entering practice. We believe a new graduate would bring fresh energy, curiosity, and new perspectives to our already collaborative team. Practice alongside an exceptionally strong technician team , including double-digit CVTs and multiple Veterinary Technicians , supported by long-tenured staff. The team brings advanced capabilities in anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, laboratory diagnostics, patient handling, and client education- allowing veterinarians to practice medicine efficiently and at a high level.
Layout & Facility Highlights:
AAHA-accredited, modern facility featuring multiple exam rooms, a large dedicated surgery suite, and a full dental suite with digital dental radiography . The hospital is equipped with an in-house IDEXX laboratory, digital radiology, advanced monitoring equipment, a new ultrasound unit , therapeutic laser, and a spacious treatment area designed for smooth workflow, including heated kennel floors, UV disinfection lights, and separate dog and cat spaces to support low-stress visits and patient comfort.Collaborative, Growing Doctor Team:
