Global Talent Partners is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving small animal hospital in the beautiful La Crosse-Onalaska region of Wisconsin. This well-established practice is home to a team of 3 veterinarians supported by an experienced group of credentialed veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service professionals. The hospital has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality medicine while maintaining a supportive and collaborative culture where veterinarians are encouraged to pursue their clinical interests and develop professionally. The practice offers a comprehensive range of services including preventative care, dentistry, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, diagnostics, dermatology, urgent care appointments, senior pet wellness, and chronic disease management. Veterinarians benefit from access to modern equipment including digital radiography, dental radiography, in-house laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, and advanced patient monitoring systems. The incoming veterinarian will enjoy a varied caseload and the support of a highly skilled technical team that allows doctors to focus on patient care and client communication. The practice values work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling options alongside a strong mentorship culture for those seeking additional support.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $145,000 - $165,000 Production bonus opportunities 4 weeks PTO CE allowance and paid CE days Medical, dental and vision insurance Professional dues and licensing covered 401(k) with employer contribution Relocation assistance available
