What You'll Do Expert Service:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform hihg quality service and preventative maintenance on residental HVAC systems (AC, heating, ventilation).
Customer Connection:
Act as the friendly, professional face of our company,
Full-System Support:
Handle light plumbing tasks related to HVAC, such as refrigerant line repairs and water supply components.communicating clearly with homeowners and staying organized on the job.
Customer Advocacy:
Provide exceptional service by explaining complex issues in simple terms, offering honest recommendations, and discussing energy-saving options.
Precision Diagnostics:
Perform system diagnostics to identify malfunctions and implement effective, long-lasting solutions with minimal disruption to the customer.
Professional Estimates:
Provide customers with accurate repair estimates. Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and air quality; recommend upgrades when it truly benefits the customer.
Preventative Care:
Execute routine maintenance (filter changes, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks) to ensure peak system performance.
Troubleshooting:
Use your electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills to solve complex system issues efficiently.
Team Collaboration:
Work in a supportive, team-based environment where we share information and workload to ensure every customer is satisfied.
Detailed Reporting:
Maintain precise service reports and work orders, including thorough documentation of parts used, hours worked, and specific customer recommendations.
Safety First:
Maintain a safety-first mindset daily, ensuring all protocols are followed for your protection, your teammates, and our customer's.
Vehicle & Professional Standards Fleet Pride:
Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle to ensure readiness for every call.
Inventory Management:
Regularly track and report truck stock to ensure parts are available when needed, minimizing return trips.
Brand Ambassador:
Represent the family business by maintaining a professional appearance and a respectful attitude toward company property and customer homes.
Requirements Bilingual Preferred:
Proficiency in both
Education:
High school diploma/GED plus a certificate from a technical school/college in HVAC/R.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a deep understanding of system design and electrical testing tools (ohmmeters, etc.).
Certification:
Must be EPA Certified .
Driver's License:
Valid State of Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Tools:
Must have your own basic hand tools.
Availability:
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to serve our community.
Physical:
Ability to handle the physical demands of the Florida heat, including working at heights (ladders up to 32ft). Must be comfortable bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces) to ge the job done right.
