Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice

Peach State AC is seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while learning hands-on from experienced technicians. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist lead technicians with HVAC service, maintenance, and installations Help load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Learn HVAC diagnostic and repair procedures Assist with ductwork, drain lines, electrical components, and system cleanings Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow safety procedures and company policies Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately Qualifications HVAC experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong attendance and reliability Professional appearance and attitude EPA Certification is a plus but not required What We Offer Hands-on HVAC training Career advancement opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow into a Service Technician or Installer role Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime available during peak season Pay Pay based on experience and work ethic.
