Job Description

A premier heavy civil hauling and earthwork contractor is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager in the Seattle, WA area to support major public works and infrastructure projects throughout Washington State, with potential opportunities in Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growth-oriented company with 20+ years in business, a strong pipeline of DOT, utility, earthwork, and corridor improvement projects, and a large fleet of 100+ dump trucks supporting major general contractors. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Project Manager position include: 3+ years of heavy civil construction experience preferred, ideally within the Seattle or Washington State market. Manage heavy civil, excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, DOT/public works, site development, trucking, and hauling projects. Support highway work, site prep, infrastructure projects, and current corridor improvement projects including I-405 NE85th and Brickyard. Coordinate closely with field superintendents, ownership, subcontractors, vendors, and major GC partners. Review project schedules, budgets, field production, documentation, and project progress to ensure successful execution. Use HCSS, with Bluebeam, Procore, Viewpoint, and estimating experience considered a plus. Maintain familiarity with Washington state regulations, public works requirements, and field-based project operations. Travel 25%-30% for site visits, with occasional overnight travel required in a fully onsite role.
Salary :
$160,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
