We value teamwork, integrity, and technical excellence. Position Summary We're hiring an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. You'll keep our fleet road-ready, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure DOT compliance. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, air systems, suspensions, and electrical systems Perform scheduled PMs, alignments, and DOT inspections (pre

• and post-trip) Use diagnostic tools and read electronic fault codes Fabricate and weld repairs as needed; replace components and assemblies Maintain accurate work orders, parts inventory, and service logs Assist with roadside repairs and on-call rotation (as needed) Follow safety procedures and keep shop clean and organized Qualifications 3+ years heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience (Class 6-8) Strong diesel diagnostic and repair skills; familiarity with electronic engine controls ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred Welding and fabrication experience a plus Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy parts and work on ladders/hoists; flexible schedule for occasional nights/weekends Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) + overtime Health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan (options) Paid training, certification support, and tool allowance Stable, local/regional routes and company-supported roadside assistance
