Heavy Equipment Mechanic

ICE® seeks a full time Mechanic to provide diagnostics and repairs on our hydraulic and diesel pile-driving equipment, Comacchio drill rigs and Tecniwell grouting equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
• Document service as well as parts required to complete repairs
• Work in a shop environment and on job sites to complete repairs
• Be a motivated, team player with a great work ethic
• Load and unload equipment
• Willing to travel to perform work on jobsites

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years Heavy Equipment repair experience preferred
• Valid state driver's license and internal certification for the operation of a forklift
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime based upon work load
• Be able read and follow and troubleshoot from electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Have own basic hand tools with specialty tools provided
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment, where tasks often change With the ability to lift 50 lbs.

, stand on your feet for the duration of your shift, and wear appropriate PPE You must be able to pass a drug test, background check as it relates to the role, and completion of an I-9 form. Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience as it relates to the requirements and expectations of the position as outlined above.
