Returns and Inventory Associate

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy being on the move? We're looking for a motivated ReturnsInventory Associate to join our warehouse operations team! In this key role, you'll help manage product returns, damaged items, and inventory control - keeping everything flowing smoothly and efficiently. Every day brings a new challenge, and your work will directly support our team's success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee monthly cigarette stamp inventory Remove outdated or recalled products for destruction Repackage and return sellable items to inventory Process damaged products from pick areas and customer returns Prepare and ship items back to manufacturers (UPS/Freight) Keep the returns area tidy, organized, and efficient Coordinate and carry out monthly manufacturer returns Assist manufacturer reps on-site during return processing Communicate with Sales Team regarding customer returns and damages Distribute return products at Sales Team meetings Pitch in on other tasks as needed - teamwork makes the dream work!

What You Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent Clear communication skills - email and verbal Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with Excel and email tools Basic math skills Bonus points if you've worked with

CDR/AS400

systems!

Physical Requirements:

Walking and moving around the warehouse daily Bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or stairs Using pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks Lifting up to 50 lbs when needed Comfortable working in cold areas (freezers/refrigeration)

Schedule:

Full-time Monday to Friday 8a-430p 8-hour shift
