Job Description:

Diverse workplace with projects ranging from stand-alone engine pods & heavy equipment to semi-trucks & trailers. Inspect, diagnose, and repair company semi-trucks and lowboy trailers used for transporting trenchers and support equipment Perform routine maintenance and service on diesel engines, air brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulics Troubleshoot issues independently and recommend solutions Track maintenance schedules, order parts, and maintain accurate service records Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and logistics staff to minimize downtime Occasionally assist with on-site mechanical work in the field or job yards Keep shop areas organized, safe, and clean

Required Experience & Abilities:

3+ years of hands-on experience working on semi-trucks, diesel engines, and trailers Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently Familiarity with diagnostic software/tools and the ability to read schematics Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required) Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions Ideal Experience & Abilities (preferred but not required): CDL or willingness to obtain one Previous work on off-road heavy equipment or hydraulics Welding or fabrication experience Experience with lowboy or heavy-haul trailer systems Feel free to visit our website at www.
