Throughout the Midwest as needed About the Position This is a travel‑based construction role with work primarily between Herington, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri. Additional projects across the Midwest may be assigned. If you are not willing to travel frequently, this position will not be a match. We are seeking dependable individuals with 3+ years of experience operating heavy construction equipment. Candidates with some experience who are motivated to learn will also be considered; training is available for the right person. Equipment Experience (Preferred) Excavators Dozers Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active construction sites Travel regularly to various project locations across Kansas, Missouri, and the Midwest Assist with excavation, grading, hauling, and general site work Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members Qualifications 3 years of experience operating the equipment listed above (preferred) Candidates with limited experience but strong willingness to learn are welcome Must be comfortable with frequent travel—travel is required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Important Note If you are not willing to travel , please do not apply.
