https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs/ViewJobDetails?job=167643&clientkey=7FD45AB057EBB29760854558665CE035 What You'll Do Operate equipment such as backhoes, mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, and bore rigs Perform excavation, trenching, and cable placement per project plans Read blueprints and coordinate with the foreman Work safely around existing utilities Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Restore job sites and secure equipment daily Transport equipment when holding a valid CDL Travel to jobsites, including out of state What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of utility construction or related experience Valid driver's license; CDL preferred (Medical Card required if applicable) Ability to read blueprints Strong communication skills and safety mindset Ability to work independently in changing job conditions Must be 18 years or older Why Join HBI?
