Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver

Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Proficiently operate a bulldozer, skid steer, tractor with shredder, and excavator. Must be willing and eager to learn the operation of additional machinery as our operations expand.

Maintenance:

Perform routine field maintenance on machines. Employees are expected to own basic tools and have ability to perform regular maintenance on machines.

Transportation:

Must hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be willing to haul heavy machinery to and from various job sites safely.

Professionalism:

Each team member serves as a representative of the company when interacting with customers; A respectful attitude and clear communication are essential.

Team Collaboration:

We operate as a unit. A positive, team-oriented mindset is required. We hold our team to high standards of character, morals, and honesty.

Requirements Equipment:

Must own a 3/4-ton truck or larger.

Tools:

Must possess personal tools suitable for basic machine maintenance.

Licensing:

Valid CDL required.

Character:

We pride ourselves on a culture of respect, honesty, and hard work. Theft, dishonesty, or disrespectful attitudes will not be tolerated.

Performance and progress review after your first three months with regular intervals afterwards.
