## Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Kentucky You can step into a Hematology/Oncology role with immediate patient demand and a clear path to building the practice alongside a supportive cancer program. Practice Overview Outpatient Hem/Onc • Comprehensive cancer center setting with on-site infusion, radiation therapy, lab, and pharmacy No in-office procedures required; bone marrow aspirations handled by Interventional Radiology Schedule Choose a 4- or 5-day work week; 5-day option includes built-in admin time Clinic hours generally start at 8:00 a.m.; typical close 4:30 p.m. (Mon-Thu) and early finish on Fridays Manageable daily volume: approximately 12-18 patients per day Shared call with a small group; mostly phone-based consults Compensation & Benefits $600K-$625K Base + Production Incentive (2 year guarantee) $200K in recruiting incentives Tailored to a candidates needs; additional quality/retention incentives available Malpractice coverage including tail provided Self-managed time off, plus health/dental/vision and retirement options (401k and 403b) Candidate Requirements MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Fellows welcome (including upcoming graduating classes); experienced physicians also strongly considered Comfortable with a clinic-forward practice model (procedures not required) Visa waivers accepted (Delta Regional Authority) Community & Location Highlights Right on the Ohio River Strong options for outdoor recreation and waterfront activities in the region Family-friendly community with a range of housing choices Regional travel access with nearby airports for convenient getaways and connections Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
