North Country Healthcare (NCH) is seeking a compassionate Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who is excited by the opportunity to help shape and expand oncology services within a growing rural healthcare system. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care Collaborate with infusion nursing, pharmacy, primary care, and specialty teams Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based oncology initiatives Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families Participate in oncology call rotation as assigned

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Active NP or PA license and DEA Oncology certification preferred (OCNP, AOCNP, or PA-C with oncology experience) Minimum 2 years oncology experience preferred
