Position Highlights:
Outpatient-focused oncology and hematology care Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment Infusion center support and coordination Opportunity to help shape and grow oncology services Participation in tumor boards and quality initiatives Supportive leadership and mission-driven culture Beautiful rural location offering exceptional work-life balance and outdoor recreation
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care Collaborate with infusion nursing, pharmacy, primary care, and specialty teams Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based oncology initiatives Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families Participate in oncology call rotation as assigned
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire Completion of accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
