We are seeking a talented and motivated healthcare professional to join our outpatient clinic, supporting a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes. What You'll Bring:
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Medical Oncology Recent, patient-facing experience in a clinical setting Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong collaboration skills to coordinate care with APPs, RNs, and support staff Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Meditech Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient interaction Nice to
Have Skills:
Prior experience in oncology tumor boards or multidisciplinary clinics Experience with infusion supervision and supportive care management Familiarity with outpatient hematology/oncology workflows and low-acuity patient management
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of recent clinical experience in hematology and oncology Board-certified or eligible in Medical Oncology, Hematology, or Internal Medicine with oncology focus
Other Requirements:
Ability to start promptly, with preference for ASAP start date Willingness to work 2-3 days per week, with alternating shifts if desired Compliance with licensure, certification, and credentialing standards (~60 days onboarding) Willingness to participate in tumor boards and ongoing professional development Embrace this chance to advance your career while playing a vital role in patient care.
