What You'll Do:

Provide expert Hematology and Oncology services, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy. Manage a panel of approximately 18-20 patients daily in a collaborative outpatient setting, with occasional inpatient consults. Collaborate with a skilled healthcare team to deliver personalized treatment plans and ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Utilize Epic EHR and AI charting tools to maintain accurate, efficient documentation. Engage in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a flexible schedule and supportive leadership.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Hematology and Oncology. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and/or Oncology. Proficiency with Epic charting systems; experience with AI documentation tools is a plus. Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. Have Skills:

Experience with inpatient consults and complex case management. Familiarity with targeted therapies and advanced oncology treatments. Licensure in New York State with an active, unrestricted medical license. Prior experience in a growing clinical program.

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. At least 5 years of post-residency experience in hematology and oncology practice. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-changing environment.

Other Requirements:

Valid NY State medical license. Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 1 hour for lunch. Experience with Epic EHR and AI charting preferred. Flexibility to work overtime as needed; participation in call rotation may be required. Professional attire (closed-toed shoes required); cell phone use permitted for work purposes.
