What You Bring to the Table -
Required Skills:
Current NY Physician Assistant license in hand Experience with Epic EHR and familiarity with Ai charting tools Excellent clinical skills in oncology and hematology care Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting Strong patient communication and care coordination skills Flexibility to handle occasional inpatient consults and growing practice demands Nice to
Have Skills:
Previous experience in outpatient oncology clinics Knowledge of chemotherapy and immunotherapy procedures Ability to manage 18-20 patients per day with professionalism and compassion Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and supporting growth initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certified or eligible for board certification in oncology or hematology Prior experience working in outpatient oncology clinics or hospital systems At least 1-3 years of Physician Assistant experience in oncology or related fields
Other Requirements:
NY state licensing and relevant certifications in good standing Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime as needed Ability to use cell phone for Ai charting and communication purposes Commitment to maintaining up-to-date work history with no gaps exceeding 30 days Must adhere to dress code: professional attire and closed-toed shoes This position offers competitive compensation starting at $151.91/hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
