Alexander Home Care is looking for HHA/ Caregiver/PCA to join our strong team in Bridgeport, CT Open shift: Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm Our caregiver

• is responsible for providing compassionate and dedicated care to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes.

Duties:

Provide a supportive and comfortable environment Meal preparation, planning and shopping, light housekeeping, laundry Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities Preparing and serving meals, monitoring nutrition, and providing assistance with eating and drinking Medication reminders and assisting with medical treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals Providing transportation to appointments and running errands for clients Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the client Keeping accurate records of client care and reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate parties Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
