Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - High School (9th-12th Grade) Odessa, DE | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year | $60,000-$75,000 + Full Benefits Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact with high school students? AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time SLP to support students in grades 9-12 at a welcoming and collaborative school district in Odessa, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with adolescents and is excited to support students with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, AAC needs, and life skills development. $60,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy to high school students with a variety of communication needs Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and AAC needs Help students build functional communication and life skills Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Caseload Information This position may include: Students with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities AAC implementation and support Functional communication and transition-focused goals Typical caseload options: Specialized program: 30-35 students (approximately 6-7 students per day) Traditional caseload: 50-60 students (approximately 10-12 students per day) Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Delaware SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date) Delaware educator certification, or eligibility to obtain School-based experience preferred, but Clinical Fellows and new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits with AnthroMed Education AnthroMed Education is built by clinicians, for clinicians.
