High School Tennis Assistant Coach (Fall Season Paid)

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Assistant Tennis Coach to join a competitive high school girls tennis program in the Calabasas area for the upcoming fall season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with junior players, has match-play knowledge, and wants consistent coaching experience in a team environment.

Season Dates:

August 19th through November (depending on playoffs).

Schedule:

Monday:

Practice (approx. 2 hrs) 3-5pm

Tuesday:

Matches (approx. 4 hrs) after 2pm

Wednesday:

Practice (approx. 2 hrs) 3-5pm

Thursday:

Matches (approx. 4 hrs) after 2pm

Optional:

Friday clinics 3:45-5:45pm (additional paid opportunity) (All sessions are in the afternoon)

Responsibilities:

Assist with varsity practices and match coaching Help manage lineups and player development Support a positive, competitive team culture Communicate with head coach and players effectively

Compensation:

$3,200-$4000 for the season (based on experience) Additional pay available for optional Friday clinics ($50-$70/session)

Qualifications:

Tennis playing or coaching experience (high school, college, or beyond preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and consistent availability during the season Passion for developing junior players Bonus (not required):

USTA / PTR / RSPA

certification Experience coaching juniors or high school teams
