Work Location:

Marietta, Powder Springs, Douglasville and its environs!!! As a Caregiver with Visiting Angels Homecare, you will: Assisting clients in all activities of daily living/hygiene assistance bathing, grooming, linen changes, etc. Preparing meals within patient's diet and assisting client with eating, when necessary. Assisting clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises as directed and instructed by the clients Plan of Care. Performing light housekeeping, which facilitates client self-care in the home. Meeting the safety needs of the client by utilizing equipment safely and properly. Completing records accurately and performing all assignments as requested.

Our requirements include:

Experience as a caregiver in a professional setting. (agency, private duty, facility or other paid setting). Valid Photo Identification. Valid First Aid and CPR certification. A current TB Test with negative results. Georgia state CNA License or PCA certification (We register you for the PCA certification for FREE). Acceptable background check. Must pass the GA Dept. of Health Fingerprinting Three professional PCAs or CNAs with at least 1 year caregiving experience are invited to apply.
