• Mechanical assembly
• Will either be using hands or air wrenches
• Utilize a tape measure
• Production assembly
• Responsible for lifting up to 35 lbs
• Operate a JIG/man lift to go up to 4ft in order to pick parts on shelves
• Load and unload valves into assembly fixtures.
• Transport valves to workstations.
• Responsible for working off blueprints and work instructions
• Use assembly/torque tools
• Responsible for quality checks
• Retrieve replacement parts from stockroom
• Install and remove bubble test fittings
