Montz Company Heating and Air is actively seeking a motivated, dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing service team. If you are passionate about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light-commercial HVAC systems and enjoy working with a supportive crew, we want to hear from you. Position Overview As an HVAC Service Technician with Montz Company, you will travel to customer locations to perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance, installations, warranty work, and repairs. You will be responsible for delivering professional, customer-focused service while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to prioritize service calls, and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
