Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee and manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting for a variety of clients, including individuals, corporations, and partnerships 🔹 Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance 🔹 Review and approve complex tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations 🔹 Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services 🔹 Stay current on tax laws and regulations to provide proactive advice and identify tax-saving opportunities 🔹Assist in business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities🔹 Play an active role in firm leadership, contributing to strategic initiatives and long-term growth

Qualifications:

✔️ Outgoing, dynamic personality with a growth-oriented mindset ✔️ CPA required ✔️ 6 + years of tax experience in public accounting, with leadership experience preferred ✔️ Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✔️ Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships 📩 Ready to take the next step in your career?
