Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking caring and motivated Independent Community Support Workers to provide one-on-one support to individuals in the community. This rewarding position focuses on empowering clients to build independence, confidence, and life skills while remaining active in their communities.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support Assist clients with community outings, appointments, and social activities Support individuals with daily living and independent living skills Encourage community involvement and personal growth Assist with goal-setting and skill development Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in human services, caregiving, or community support preferred Ability to work independently and responsibly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass background screening requirements
