Healthcare Intake Specialist
Inside Sales Representative Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM
- 5:00
PM Compensation:
$50,000 salary + generous bonus structure At Right at Home, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care services that help families care for their loved ones. We're looking for a compassionate, organized and driven Healthcare Intake Coordinator who understands the home care industry and knows how to turn emotional conversations into actionable solutions. This is not your average sales role. As the first point of contact for many families, you'll need to listen deeply, handle complex family dynamics with empathy, and offer thoughtful solutions during difficult moments. You'll guide potential home care clients through the intake process and convert inquiries into in-home assessments—all while making people feel heard, understood, and supported. In addition to intake and sales, you'll also follow up with existing home care clients to check in on satisfaction. Job Responsibilities of Healthcare Intake Specialist•Inside Sales Representative:
Respond to inbound inquiries from families, case managers, and referral partners. Listen actively to understand each family's unique needs, urgency, and emotions. Communicate with VA and Social Workers the status of home care referrals made to agency. Navigate sensitive family dynamics with empathy and professionalism. Educate families on home care services and options in clear, accessible language. Convert initial calls into scheduled in-home assessments. Follow up on all home care leads and maintain detailed tracking using internal system. Conduct regular client satisfaction follow-up calls to ensure quality of service. Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical teams for a seamless onboarding process. Serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and point of stability for families in need. Client follow up phone calls Assist in the client onboarding and Offboarding process Skillset Required of Healthcare Intake Specialist•Inside Sales Representative:
3+ years of inside sales, client intake, or customer service experience in home care, healthcare, or elder services. Strong active listening and emotional intelligence. Skilled at managing emotionally charged conversations with grace and professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized and tech-proficient (WellSky or ZoHo experience a plus). Healthcare Intake Specialist- Inside Sales Representative must be self-motivated and reliable Why Join Us?
