As a Technical Recruiter, you'll identify quality candidates, manage the recruiting process, build relationships with job seekers, and support the sales team in fulfilling client needs. You"ll be a core driver of branch success by sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and helping candidates navigate the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement Source and identify qualified candidates through resume screening, outbound calls, email outreach, and database searches. Cultivate strong, long term relationships with job seekers in the local technical market. Conduct initial screenings to assess skill sets, experience, and overall fit. Recruiting & Collaboration Work closely with sales managers to interpret hiring criteria and clarify job requirements. Present vetted, qualified candidates to the sales team for active client openings. Prepare candidates for interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring cycle. Interview Coordination Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams. Help prepare interview materials and ensure all documentation is complete. Support sales, HR, and hiring managers during the offer stage, including salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other key details. Pipeline Management Maintain detailed candidate notes and recruiting activity within internal systems. Support candidate follow up, job matching, and ongoing communication to ensure a positive experience. Contribute to branch growth by maintaining an active pool of qualified talent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Must live within commutable distance of Cherry Hill Must be willing to work in office Monday to Friday. Hours are 8am to 5pm. Customer Service experience preferred Competitive Spirit Proactive and coachable Strong organization skills / detail-oriented Projected Earnings (Year over year earning potential based on performance) Year 1: $45,000- $55,000 Year 2: $50,000
