MARKETING LIAISON
. Our ideal candidate will regularly visit Hospitals, Home Health, Hospice, Assisted Living and Rehab facilities to develop relationships and generate leads for our agency. The Liaison will also represent FirstLight Homecare of Western Essex in the community through events and programs geared toward seniors and other adults in need of care. To be successful, you must have a deep understanding of the sales process and its dynamics. You will need superb interpersonal skills, be committed to excellent customer service, focusing on outcomes, and ensuring accountability. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and will contribute to the organization's growth. Difference Every Day Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be willing to drive territory Be a self-starter and be able follow systems Develop and maintain strong, long lasting and positive referral relationships with key decision makers by providing a strong and continuous presence Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each account Define and achieve agreed upon sales targets on a periodical basis Meet with families upon receiving the referral to review services, sign consents, etc. Provide visibility for our company and services by participating in community programs, health fairs, support groups and similar community engagement opportunities Champion Centers Choice purpose and values by practicing empathy and inclusion
Education and Experience:
College degree preferred Experience in the healthcare industry preferred expertise in the private pay home care/long-term care sector highly preferred Background in concierge industry a plus Ability to get creative and sustain relationships Proven track record in sales and marketing with the ability to achieve revenue goals Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs Valid driver's license and car preferred

From $50,000.00 per year
