About AngelCare AngelCare provides non-medical home care to seniors and recovering adults across Coweta, Troup, and the surrounding counties. We're locally owned, we know our caregivers by name, and we believe the right care can keep people in their own homes longer and better. We're growing in both the Newnan and LaGrange markets — and we're hiring a community liaison to grow with us. About the Role This is an outside sales role focused on building relationships with the people who refer home care: hospital discharge planners at Piedmont Newnan and WellStar West Georgia, SNF and rehab social workers, assisted living directors, home health and hospice intake teams, physician practices, elder law attorneys, fiduciaries, and faith communities. Your territory will span Coweta and Troup Counties along the I-85 corridor, with regular time in both Newnan and LaGrange. You'll be in your car, in facilities, and in the community most days. What You'll Do:
Market Strategy:
Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to maximize referral opportunities across the West Georgia market.
Relationship Building:
Leverage your network to build and maintain strong partnerships with key referral sources, including senior living communities, hospitals, rehab centers, elder law attorneys, and hospice providers.
Community Advocacy:
Conduct engaging presentations for community groups and professional partners to educate them on AngelCare's mission and services.
Activity Tracking:
Utilize our contact management system to track, report, and review sales activity and conversion metrics.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work directly with leadership to refine growth strategies and support business development initiatives.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on local industry trends to ensure AngelCare remains a preferred provider in the region. What You Bring to the
Table:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven Track Record:
Three (3) or more years of successful sales experience, preferably within healthcare or a high-touch service industry.
Local Expertise:
A strong existing network and familiarity with the LaGrange / Newnan healthcare landscape is strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in home care or senior services is a significant plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak empathetically with families and professionally with clinicians.
Self-Starter Mentality:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently to meet weekly call schedules and goals.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel locally within our service area to meet with partners and families.
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
