Fixed Indemnity Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability Monthly company sponsored luncheon Fun and upbeat working environment Meaningful Work What you will do: Assist with Scheduling New and Existing Clients to ensure continuity of care Communicate any schedule and plan of care changes to the Client, their families, and Caregivers Follows up with clients regarding the care received from Touching Hearts at Home Act as primary contact for the Client and their families Inputs new information into caregiver/client management system Assist with Interviews Assist with New Hire Orientation Weekly after hours phone rotation Other duties as assigned Who we are looking for: A highly organized individual who is able to manage client relationships and balance basic needs using creative and fun ways to make memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator both written and oral. Computer literacy is essential for success in this role. As we start our 5th year serving families, we are looking for a Scheduler and Client Relations Specialist to develop into a leadership role within our Team. Experience in the Senior care industry is desirable, but not required. This is a full time, exempt position.
