This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring clients safely. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisory staff. Assist with medication reminders as directed. Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy. Reliable transportation to and from client homes. Ability to pass background checks. Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform household tasks.
