As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying living areas. Medication reminders and monitor client health and well being. Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce social isolation. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in client condition. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is an asset but not required. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude.
