At FirstLight Home Care, we provide in-home care assistance to seniors or any adult that needs extra assistance with their activities of daily living. We have been serving the Southeast Georgia area for over 13 years and are very passionate about serving our senior population.

Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate home care to our clients, ensuring they enjoy their best day, every day. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver the support our clients need. Whether you work remotely, you'll have the flexibility to provide care that maintains the independence of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, mobility, hygiene, and eating. Provide companionship through conversation and social interaction. Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with transportation to appointments or errands as needed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Strong communication skills, especially in English. Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends. Bonus If You; Are bilingual or multilingual. Have a background in healthcare.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed throughout the week, including weekends.
