Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and specialty rooms Execute detailed floor care procedures such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Handle laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures in accordance with health guidelines Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing clutter and replenishing supplies when needed Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality roles provides valuable skills for client interaction and attention to detail Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Background in laundry services or housekeeper management enhances efficiency and service quality Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use is a plus Join us as a Home Cleaning Specialist and become part of a team dedicated to creating clean, healthy, and welcoming homes!
