Part-time Job Title:

Job Summary As a Home Health Aide at Seniors Fix , you will play a vital role in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide hands-on assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support—while also serving as a trusted companion who brings warmth, empathy, and encouragement into each client's life. This role is at the heart of our mission to support aging in place, promoting dignity and quality of life for every client. While some home care responsibilities may include more thorough cleaning tasks, you'll be part of a supportive team that values transparency, compassion, and your commitment to care. Current Shift Openings We have immediate openings for compassionate aides to join our team:
Day Shifts:
Various morning and afternoon shifts.
Overnight:
11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM ( High priority need ) Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation/assistance.
Maintain a clean and safe home environment, which can involve more thorough cleaning tasks as needed. Provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, and other essential errands. Provide safe ambulation, transfers, and mobility assistance. Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional condition to supervisors or case coordinators. Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and promote a positive and supportive atmosphere. Encourage and support clients in maintaining healthy lifestyle habits. Document care provided accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations, including maintaining client confidentiality. Respond to client needs promptly and professionally, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age. Successful completion of a background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a positive attitude. CNA preferred but not required. Med Tech certified but not required. Why Work for Seniors Fix?
