75 Req # 10320 Diakon is one of the premier employers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. We are a non-profit organization which includes Diakon Child, Family, and Community Ministries and Diakon Affordable Housing.General Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the maintenance function at assigned locations, including general carpentry, routine mechanical/electrical repairs and service, regulatory compliance duties, preventative maintenance, and completion of assigned work orders. Provide guidance and leadership for assigned Maintenance Workers. Responds to building and equipment emergency situations when needed.Education/Training:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills.Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years' building and grounds maintenance experience preferred.ADA:
Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.Compensation and Benefits:
