In this role, you will provide personalized support, assist with daily living activities, and help promote comfort, dignity, and independence in a safe and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and compassionate approach will help ensure the well-being and quality of life of each resident in our care. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Provide compassionate support and memory care for residents living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive impairments Support residents in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal assistance Observe and report changes in residents' physical condition, behavior, or overall well-being to nursing staff promptly Follow HIPAA guidelines and all community policies to maintain resident confidentiality and safety standards Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality resident-centered care Encourage social engagement, independence, and emotional well-being through positive interaction and companionship Experience Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, nursing homes, home health, or is preferred Experience providing care for residents with dementia or memory care needs is highly valued Strong skills in caregiving, housekeeping, meal assistance, and resident support are important for success in this role Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism and patience Join our team and help create a supportive, caring, and respectful environment where residents can thrive with dignity and comfort every day.
