Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA Columbia, MD

Position Summary We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the Columbia area. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality care while helping clients maintain independence in a comfortable home setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety Monitor and report changes in condition Support medication routines as directed Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping tasks Provide companionship and emotional support Qualifications Active HHA, CNA, or GNA certification CPR certification required Previous caregiving experience preferred Ability to work independently in a home environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
