Home Health Aide (HHA/PCA) (Holbrook, NY)

The patient is largely independent, she walks on her own and prepares her own meals, but she needs a helping hand with daily household tasks while her daughter is at work.

Schedule Days:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Hours:

9:00 AM - 2:00

PM Total:

15 hours per week

Start Date:

ASAP Key Responsibilities (Per Plan of Care) Because the patient is mobile and independent with cooking, your primary focus will be:

Light Housekeeping:

Keeping the living area tidy and comfortable.

Laundry:

Assisting with linens and personal laundry.

Medication Reminders:

Ensuring the patient stays on track with her schedule.

Companion Care:

Providing a safe and supportive presence until her daughter returns home at 3:00 PM. Requirements For this case in particular, we need a
