Job Description

Job Overview Join our compassionate team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Attendant (PCA), where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and medical needs. This rewarding position in the Lincoln area offers the opportunity to provide personalized, respectful care in home and community. You will work closely with clients to promote independence, safety, and comfort while adhering to healthcare standards and regulations. Your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, fostering trust and well-being every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Support clients with medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs, ensuring their safety and comfort. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment that complies with HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy. Collaborate effectively with the office team to ensure continuity of care and proper communication regarding patient progress or concerns. Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Handle meal planning and preparation. Qualifications A heart for caring. A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Access to reliable transportation. Previous experience as a HHA or CNA in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
