Job Description
Home Health Intake Customer Service Representative is the first voice and face that our patients and referral sources hear and "see". Customer service, energy, professionalism, and positive attitude are essential in the Intake Customer Service Representative's role. The main responsibilities are to create a welcoming environment for our callers, relaying incoming telephone calls, performing various clerical duties, and special projects as assigned. Home Health Intake Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner. Answers incoming phone lines in a professional manner Back up Intake Coordinator and help manage referrals Operates standard office equipment including: multi-line telephone system facsimile machine photocopy machine Other duties and special projects as assigned.
