Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Home Health Nurse, where you will deliver compassionate, comprehensive nursing care directly in patients' homes. AM Pay:
$60 per visit
Requirements:
Active Florida RN or LPN license Home health experience preferred Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Dependability and professionalism are a must Flexible part-time schedule with quick onboarding available. Apply today to get started quickly. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes while adhering to strict safety protocols and HIPAA regulations. Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, wound suturing, and sterile dressing changes using aseptic techniques. Provide specialized care for patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory care needs, or behavioral health challenges. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care services. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Educate patients and families on health coaching, medication administration, disease management—including infectious diseases—and home safety practices.
