✔ Earn above-average rates ✔ Work when and where you want ✔ Maintain independence with a supportive company behind you Job Responsibilities Provide skilled PT services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes Complete evaluations and develop individualized care plans Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and safety Document services using EMR (WellSky/Kinnser preferred) Collaborate with nurses and therapy staff for coordinated care Requirements Active Texas Physical Therapist License Current CPR Certification Reliable transportation, driver's license, and auto insurance Home health and EMR experience preferred (not required)
