Home Health Physical Therapist- HH experience required- Sign on bonus!

Clinician Link NW (CLNW) is hiring Physical Therapists PTs to work with our partnered home health agencies in the area. With CLNW, you can work as much or as little as you want, we will prioritize your needs and desired hours. Looking for a side hustle? You found it! Do not want to commit to a set schedule or number of hours? We got you! We will make sure you have the support you need to get setup with our partner agencies. These visits include home health admission visits, follow up visits, PT evals, and discharges.
